More Mollie Pictures...:)

Here's just a couple more pictures. The one of Mollie and her best bud Stewart... Don't they just look like trouble, cute trouble.

MOLLIE'S SIX!!

Mollie turned six this week and to celebrate she had a "very sweet six" birthday party! She had a "pool and pizza party" with lots of water and fun in our backyard. We were VERY grateful that it did NOT rain yesterday-I don't think we had any idea what we would have done if we would have had to have it inside yesterday. Mom made the cake, it was very tasty, and both her and Lily iced it. I thought it looked pretty rockin' awesome! Through and through I thought it was a success!

We Have Babies!! (Baby birds that is)

In our backyard we are very fortunate to have a couple peach trees. They are really pretty in the spring- especially when they are in bloom with little pink flowers. This year we found a nest that a bird decided to build in OUR peach tree :) It's a robin who's babies just hatched. I haven't acually seen the baby birds but i found part of a broken eggshell. The picture (I was so lucky to get- i thought the momma bird was gonna fly away!) is a picture of the momma bird sitting on the nest. Ahh nature is so pretty...

OuR AnCeStOr BiRtHdAy PaRtY

About once a year, for family home evening, we host an ancestor birthday party. Everybody chooses a ancestor that they look up a few facts about, and if possible dress up as. It's pretty fun, we have a cake and everything. It's pretty neat to tell stories and learn about the people we are related to, and are a part of our lives even if their not really around. Here's a list of who everybody was (I promise I chose an ancestor as well- I just wasn't in the picture!)
*Luke- George Washington(the 1st president one, founding father) He is a great, great, umm great uncle. He doesn't actually have any direct descendants because he had no children, but were related his brother Charles Washington.
*Emma- Joseph Gregson-Uncle Joe. This is Emma's favorite uncle, who is not even dead! But anyways he's a pretty awesome uncle, who makes tasty peach ice cream, and who we love a lot.
*Lily- Annie Cora Fuller; our great great grandma that liked to use a switch and was the first family member to join the church (on that side of the family)
*Clari- Mamie Gregson; great great aunt
*Grace- Rachel Mahala Loveless; joined the church in its early days and lived in Nauvoo.
*Mollie- Minnie Buhler Bandley; Came from Switzerland all by herself, married a handsome guy (as Mollie said it),had 10 children and raised them all by herself while he went on a mission back to Switzerland!
*Dad- George Washington Williams; was married twice and had mostly girls by his 1st life and mostly boys with the 2nd wife...
*Mom- Florence Bean Sumner; Great great grandma, was widowed with three little children- taught them to work hard.

Luke Earns his Webleo Badge...

Wednesday was a busy night! Mom rushed from Mollie's dance program to Luke's pack meeting. Luke earned his citizen pen, his Religious knot and his Webelo badge. Way to go Luke!

Introducing an AMAZING dancer: Mollie!

Mollie has been taking dance for the last few weeks and last week she had a special dance program that Mom got to go watch. Mollie's been having a lot of fun-and it was her special thing to do on Wednesday, while the big kids went to church. Mollie did a great job dancing, especially on her cartwheel.

I Rock At Clarinet!! :P

On Tuesday, I had my final concert for band. It went pretty well, I thought, seeing as me couldn't play the songs a couple weeks earlier! But anyways, since it was our final, awards concert, I was in for a surprise... Evidently I was voted best/favorite band member for my class. I got called out and even got a medal! Now that's over, I can't wait for summer!!
